Typical ranges by type of work.
Two projects described in the same three words can differ fivefold in cost. These are honest ranges. Where you land inside one depends on integrations, user types and data volume.

How billing works
Nothing on your invoice should ever be a surprise.
Fixed price per phase
You approve each phase's cost before it starts. If we estimate badly, that is our loss. We will not send you a surprise change order halfway through.
Payment against milestones
Typically 40% to begin, then payments as phases complete, with the final 20% at delivery. Larger engagements split further. Never 100% up front.
Change requests in writing
Small adjustments inside an agreed phase are absorbed. Anything that changes scope gets a written cost and timeline impact that you approve first.
Third-party costs billed to you directly
Hosting, domains, SMS, maps, AI API usage and store accounts sit in your own accounts, in your name. You see the real numbers and keep control if we part ways.
